Surreal Yields Cannabis Consultancy is built on the expertise and passion of master cultivator Sean Oganesyan. Self-taught and ambitious, Sean has been building cannabis grows since 2007. The consulting piece of the business came about naturally through requests for his vast knowledge on grow procedures and operations, manufacturing production facilities, and the latest techniques and equipment. With a wealth of hands-on experience and an in-depth understanding of the cannabis industry from the days of pre-legalization up through the swift expansion happening today, Surreal Yields will take every cannabis enterprise to the highest level possible.
Beginning as a vape company in 2017, Stiiizy quickly rose to prominence as a highly-rated product that was revolutionizing vaping with proprietary hardware offering a burn and leak-free experience. Since then, the brand has sought to become a vertical cannabis cultivation operation and expand into the flower, pre-roll, and consumable categories. Surreal Yields was the third consultancy they hired to turn their grow facility from lackluster into profitable. With contributions in consulting, management, operations, and buildout, the Stiiizy grow now produces better quality cannabis, with a pound more per light, all thanks to Surreal Yields.

Coming from a background in accounting and later transitioning to practicing law, Amy has over 20 years of experience running companies in various capacities. From positions with an appraisal firm and a brokerage company, to Controller of a national franchise, to an in-house CFO, she has truly honed her skills for putting in place processes and protocols. She and Sean originally met through a mutual friend, and she is now thrilled to be a part of his entrepreneurial venture where she can contribute value through her robust operational expertise.
